'Joanna' - Luxury three bedroom villa with private pool

We are pleased to offer our dream home and would like to share it with you

'Joanna' is set in Kaligata village in the beautiful Livathos region of Kefalonia, just a 10 minute drive from the airport. The villa is situated in a very peaceful location with south facing views. It is surrounded by a rich green landscape of cypress trees, olive groves and small vineyards with spectacular views of the Ionian Pelagos and the island of Zakynthos. A hidden gem awaits, as you walk along the the labyrinth of paths around the villa to see Mount Ainos rise into the sky as if protecting the beautiful island that lies beneath.

'Joanna' is furnished to a high standard with many extras for your comfort and enjoyment. Their are 3 good sized bedrooms - 2 king-size and 1 twin, all with en-suite bathrooms. The open plan living area offers comfortable relaxing and dining areas, alongside a fully fitted kitchen. This looks out towards the sea and onto a large patio area with pergola and comfortable seating, plus a private tiled swimming pool with sunbathing areas, sunbeds, landscaped garden and stone built barbeque. There are some olive trees for natural shade as well as an umbrella and covered pergola. The villa is fully air-conditioned and is an ideal location for families, couples and friends.
