Rental Rates
Our 2008 weekly rental rates are as follows for departures leaving on the following Sunday dates:
**Greek Easter - 25th to 28th April 2008** **Bookings are now being taken for 2008 - For remaining 2007 availability, please contact us for the latest offers.** Additional DetailsPrices are based on the rental of the villa, pool and grounds per week. A discount will be given if two weeks are booked together. The changeover day is a Sunday for 2008 - this is flexible in low season.Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking, with the final balance to be paid eight weeks before departure. Normal availability: The villa is available all year. Please contact us for out of season rates. The air conditioning units also act as heaters during the winter months. Maid service: Provided twice weekly for cleaning and linen change. This will be arrival day and then mid-week. Linen: Bed linen along with hand and bath towels are provided. Not beach towels. Hamper: A small welcome hamper will be provided for you on your arrival with some essential items such as water, milk, fruit juice, bread, butter, honey, fruit, wine, tea, coffee and sugar. Other notes: Whilst the villa is suitable for the elderly or infirm, the walk up and down to the villa from the main village road is a little steep. Along the small lane where the villa is located; there are two other villas close by. A cot and highchair are available, please supply your own linen for the cot. Car hire is recommended to enable you to explore this Beautiful Island, however we do supply two adult pedal cycles for you to use if you just wish to stay local. A bus service to Argostoli stops in the village and taxis are available. There are two supermarkets within a ten to fifteen minute walk. We will gladly help find out any further information you require on Car Hire & Motor or Sailing Boat Hire etc. An upgraded hamper and extra cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost.
